Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

At Saloan Hair, we work hard to provide our guests with exceptional service and quality hair care. To ensure that we can continue to do so, we have put in place a cancellation and rescheduling policy that is designed to protect our small business against financial loss. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, we will take 50% of the booking cost as a cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover some of the costs associated with running our salon and helps to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all of our guests.

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, we have no way of trying to fill your spot, so we will have to charge you 100% of the service cost.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as sickness, including COVID-19. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness, we will require a copy of a medical certificate in order to consider waiving any cancellation fees.
